George Buell Joins Civic Solutions’ Executive Team

Civic Solutions is pleased to announce that George Buell has joined the firm’s executive management team as Senior Vice President.  He will manage the firm’s operations, work with the company’s major clients, and explore new business opportunities to expand Civic Solutions’ service offerings.

George is a well-respected executive with over twenty-five years of administrative, community development and planning experience in California and Washington.  He recently returned to Civic Solutions after successfully overseeing several large municipal planning and community development departments throughout Southern California including Santa Barbara, San Clemente and Oceanside, and he has served in various capacities with the League of California Cities.

George holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Geography from California State University, Fullerton.  He is a member of the American Planning Association, the International City/County Management Association, and the Urban Land Institute.
