Kirt Coury Joins Civic Solutions’ Management TeamExperienced Professional To Head The Firm's Municipal Planning Services Division

Civic Solutions is pleased to announce that Kirt Coury has joined our senior consultant team as Municipal Planning Services Manager.  Kirt will manage our municipal planning contract services to public sector clients throughout Southern California.

Mr. Coury brings over twenty-two years of urban planning experience in the public sector. He has served in a variety of roles with various cities and municipalities throughout Southern California. His experience has included both current and advanced planning, and the preparation of environmental documentation on various complex projects. He has extensive experience in managing significant planning projects and presenting recommendations to the City Council, Planning Commission and other community groups.

Mr. Coury has supervised and managed consultants and staff on various complex projects for several municipalities.  Keeping staff and project performance on track, he has successfully competed major projects including General Plan Updates, Specific Plans, and other large scale commercial and residential developments throughout Orange, Riverside, San Diego and Imperial Counties. 

Kirt is an active member of the American Planning Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
