Mr. Hook is a planning professional with over 35 years of planning and environmental experience in Central and Southern California. Prior to joining the firm, he served in senior positions with the cities of San Luis Obispo and San Clemente. Mr. Hook has provided senior level urban planning services to our public agency clients including preparation of a General Plan update for the City of Jurupa Valley. His expertise includes advance planning, current planning, specific plans, general plan amendments, design guidelines, landscape design, CEQA review and preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impact reports. Mr. Hook commands a strong public presentation presence and is a seasoned team leader.
